COBRAMAN TACKLES WORKPLACE BULLYING

COBRA MAN, the first ever anti-bullying superhero with extraordinary skills, was created in hopes of taking vulnerable children’s confidence level to new heights and bring awareness to the issues surrounding bullied kids and youths with disabilities.
Having worked in the head hunting business for three years, Cobraman Creator, Michell Archibald, understands the challenges in Recruitment & Selection. Factor in the fact that workplace bullying costs business billions yearly along with countless workplace bullying complaints filed on cobraman.ca since 2014 — this drove Michell to create a line of bully screening services.
Cobraman Bully Record Search, a new and unprecedented service, was especially developed to deter bullying in the workplace. As of 2017, there are roughly 1 MILLION bullying complaints in Cobraman database across North America. Michell's organization receives at least 100 complaints of bullying every day.
How it works; A specially designed application firstly searches Cobraman database of over 1 million bullying complaints and secondly, scrapes the internet for everything potential employees may have said or done online. Search algorithms contain built-in synonyms related to the words “bullying” and “harassment”, and work alongside keywords specific to the job seeker profile submitted by the hiring manager. Major social platforms as Facebook and Twitter, and comments on blogs and posts on smaller social sites, like Tumblr, the blogging site, as well as Yahoo user groups, e-commerce sites, bulletin boards and even Craigslist are searched for bullying complaints.
If a match is found in Cobraman database, the system generates a png image of the row containing information based on the bully search including the alleged bullying incident(s). The results are forwarded to hiring personnel's account for their viewing.
If a match is found on the internet, a pair of human hands conduct a cyber investigation and verifies the identity of the job candidate and begin to review content on matched sites. A clickable link(s) will appear in hiring personnel's account upon verification of the job candidate identity and matched data.
The website and search application are in the final stages of development however hiring personnel from Canada and USA
may register on the website and will be notified via email when the
service becomes available, sometime early next year. Furthermore, bully
complainants may issue complaints of bullying on the website and run a
