Celebrate life. Cherish good relationships. Let go of grudges. Think good thoughts. If you don't have anything good to say-say nothing. When it's over, it's over. Life is short, but it can be meaningful if only we are willing. Rest in peace Godmother. See you on the other side. To all you smokers. Quit today. Lung cancer took my godmother's life. She was only 60 years old, leaves behind a daughter and 3 beautiful grand kids. Life is more than you. Think about your loved ones in the choices yo...

In my opinion, the democratic national convention takes the cake thus far. Day 3 starts today. The energy, the unity, the passion, the stories, the love over the past two days has been surreal. I teared up a few times during speeches from moms whose kids were killed from cops, and when the children of Mexican undocumented immigrants spoke about how hard their parents worked in the states to provide for their families, the tears came hard. We are all one people. We are a part of the human...

Day of Pink (April 13. 2016) is the International Day against Bullying, Discrimination, and Homophobia, across the world. The day started when David Shepherd and Travis Price saw a student being bullied at school and supported the student by getting everyone at school to wear pink in support of him. Thanks to our sponsor Urban Street Prints, we were able to provide pink colored Cobraman tees to a classroom of 6th graders. We encourage everyone to get involved with their community and impleme...

It's that time of the year. The biggest celebration of the year. Christmas is only 4 days away. Having found out that December 25th is NOT the birthday of my Lord & Savior Yeoshua, and having learned, via scriptures, that our Heavenly Father instructs His children not to learn the ways of pagans and say that we are doing unto Him, I don't celebrate Christmas anymore. In spite of this fact, happy holidays to you all. Please remember to love another.

I can relate to feelings of fear and isolation that homeless brothers and sisters feel on a daily basis. I've been without a place to call my own on several different ocassions. I remember feeling so vunerable and unloved. I vowed to do something about homelessness when I got on my feet. Settled with a roof over my head, I found myself on the hard streets handing out LOVE BAGS to homeless people. My daughter and I fill up a jumbo-sized shipping bar...

I created Cobraman to take the fight on bullying to another level. Cobraman also provides me with an opportunity to pass on everything I've learned about love, hope, faith and perseverance to the next generation. The message is this; You can be anything you want to be, in spite of everyday challenges, so long as you believe in yourself and never give up. If Cobraman did it, so can you.

The bible tell us that God is all-knowing and that His wisdom is infinite. God knew long before He created mankind that man would grieve Him (Genesis 6:6) but He - God - went ahead and created a pair of human beings anyway. Not only would this suggest that the Love of God supercedes His wisdom, but that Love is essentially who God is. Think about a time when someone did something nice for you at a time when you didn't deserve or weren't expecting it. Go ahead and give God credit for that. God...

I"m enouraging everyone to go out of thier way to love someone today. Help an old lady cross the street. Pay a compliment. Refuse to tailgate. Give to the homeless. Hold the door open. Lend an ear. Just do your best :)

Hurry, you need to be fit, superhero! No, it doesn't take a trainer to get there. Simply have a seat... lay down. Here is a simple fitness tool:

1. sit (in your chair or preferably rocker)

2. put both feet in the air

3. kick up and down, up and down...

4. do this for a few minutes, rest a few minutes and repeat

5. try this laying in bed as well, same concept (imagine the bed as your chair's back)

Hope to help, at least some... love y...
